Mindfulness & Meditation in Miami Beach

Free Class in Meditation and Mindfulness. 

Monday nights 7 – 8 pm

Do you want more inner calm, clarity of mind, lovingkindness, and emotional resilience?

Then come and meet your neighbors and have a fun time relaxing!

  • These weekly sessions teach meditation, mindfulness, and compassion that includes both a guided meditation and teaching on a key point of practice.


Learn to integrate mindfulness into all facets of your day.

  • We will go through a progression of topics – including focusing on the breath, working with physical pain and emotional challenges, and bringing mindfulness into relationships.

Only a 10 minutes daily practice of meditation gives you inner calm, clarity of mind, lovingkindness, and emotional resilience. It doesn’t take years of training in a monastery to gain these gifts of meditation.
